Basil pesto Dijon mustard Chicken breasts Quinoa Lemon hummus Roasted red peppers Sprouts Avocados Basil Lemon

What you'll need:

Gather your ingredients

Combine the pesto and dijon mustard in a bowl

Add the chicken and mix. Cover and marinate.

Arrange the chicken on a sheet pan and bake

Spread the hummus over one side of a serving bowl

Add the quinoa to the center of the bowl

Place the chicken on the opposite side of the hummus

Add the sprouts on top

Place the roasted red peppers over the hummus

Add the avocado and a squeeze of lemon
