Simple Chicken Pho

What you'll need:

sesame oil star anise garlic ginger chicken stock soy sauce hoisin sauce fish sauce lime jalapeño pepper chicken rice noodles

Heat the garlic and star anise with sesame oil in a pot

Pour in the stock, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, jalapeño pepper, and chicken. Simmer for  15-20 minutes.

Cook the noodles and ladle the broth over them

Garnish with cilantro, bean sprouts, lime wedges, and sliced jalapeños
