Ingredients

  • chilled champagne
  • 6 small scoops of peach sorbet
  • fresh fruit or edible flowers, like orange slices, raspberries, sliced peaches, or lavender.

Instructions

  • Chill your glasses for 30 minutes to an hour before using.
  • Using a 1 tbsp cookie scooper, fill your glass with 3 scoops of peach sorbet.
  • Fill each glass with chilled champagne and garnish with fresh fruit or edible flowers. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you want to try other flavors, I recommend experimenting with raspberry, orange, or lemon sorbet.
