Ingredients

For serving

  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • fresh parsley, chopped
  • ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges, there is no need to peel them unless you want to. In a medium bowl, add the potato wedges and olive oil.
  • Toss to coat all the potato wedges. Then sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt onto the oily potato wedges and mix to combine.
  • Arrange the potato wedges evenly in the air fryer basket with the potato skin facing down, leaving sufficient space between each wedge. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they're crispy, and cooked through. You may need to work in batches.
  • Remove your potato wedges from the air fryer, place them on a cooling rack, and let them cool for at least 5 minutes. Top them with Parmesan cheese and parsley, and serve with ranch dressing.
