- 16 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 slices thin-cut bacon, halved
- 1.5 tsp cajun seasoning
- 3 tsp olive oil
Garnish
- chopped green onions or thinly sliced chives
Add the shrimp to a bowl and sprinkle with cajun seasoning and 2 tsp of olive oil. Wrap each shrimp with 1/2 slice of bacon and then skewer with a toothpick. Once each piece of shrimp and bacon is skewered, spray with the remaining 1 tsp of olive oil. NOTE: pls ensure you’ve soaked the toothpicks in boiling water for 30 mins before air frying. Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
Add the bacon wrapped shrimp to a parchment paper lines air fryer basket. Air fry the shrimp for about 8 minutes or until the shrimp is pink and the bacon is crispy, flipping halfway through.
Meanwhile, prepare the garlic aioli by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
Serve the shrimp with chopped chives or green onions and the garlic aioli for dipping.
