Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes
Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these Air Fryer Sweet Potato Cubes are an easy and delicious side dish for any day of the week!
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- optional: 1 teaspoon orange zest and fresh parsley
Preheat the air fryer to 375° F. Cut the sweet potato into 1 inch cubes and place in a large mixing bowl.
Add the olive oil and honey to the mixing bowl and toss until potatoes are fully coated. Doing this first will allow for even seasoning. Add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and allspice. Mix until potatoes are fully seasoned.
Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket and air fryer for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Serve right from the air fryer or garnish with fresh chopped parsley and orange zest.
