baguette

softened honey goat cheese

fresh figs

handful pistachios,
chopped
balsamic glaze,
I used a chocolate balsamic glaze
Instructions
Slice
baguette
into 1 inch rounds and toast.
While
baguette
is toasting, roughly chop
pistachios
(not into a fine dust)
and cut
figs
into half-inch thick slices, then slice in half lengthwise.
Spread
goat cheese
on each
baguette
slice, and top with
pistachios
and
figs
, then drizzle with
balsamic glaze
.
Notes
If you can't find honey goat cheese, you can substitute it for regular softened goat cheese and drizzle honey over top.
