Fig And Honey Goat Cheese Toasts

A sweet and savory toast with fresh figs and goat cheese, perfect for fig season!

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 8 oz softened honey goat cheese
  • 6 fresh figs
  • 1 handful pistachios, chopped
  • balsamic glaze, I used a chocolate balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Slice baguette into 1 inch rounds and toast.
  • While baguette is toasting, roughly chop pistachios (not into a fine dust) and cut figs into half-inch thick slices, then slice in half lengthwise.
  • Spread goat cheese on each baguette slice, and top with pistachios and figs, then drizzle with balsamic glaze.
