- 2 cups cole slaw mix
- 1 large jalapeño, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
Add the shredded cabbage, jalapeño, and cilantro. Toss to combine, until cabbage is fully coated with sour cream mixture.
