- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 package lesley stowe raincoast crisps, any flavor will work but my favorites are blueberry, salty date and almond, and apricot, fig, and lemon.
- 6 oz Del Duca Prosciutto
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- fresh thyme leaves, for garnish
In a small mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese and honey.
Spread the honey goat cheese over each raincoast crisp and top with prosciutto, chopped pistachios, and thyme.
Creamy Herb Dip
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, fresh chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
Serve the dip alongside La Panzanella Mini Croccantini of your choice!
