Remove the stems and roots from the radishes, then slice the radishes into ⅛-inch thick pieces using a sharp knife or a mandoline.
1/2 pound fresh radishes
Arrange the radish slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and add a light coating of olive oil cooking spray over them. You can also gently brush them with olive oil using a pastry brush. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper over the radish slices. Toss the sliced radishes to make sure they are fully coated in oil and seasonings.
Arrange the radish slices in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, making sure not to overlap them. If necessary, cook them in batches to ensure all the slices cook evenly. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges and crispy, tossing or flipping the radishes halfway through.
When finished, place the radish slices in a single layer on a cooling rack and allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Make sure your radish slices are around ⅛ inches thick or slightly thicker to prevent them from breaking during the cooking process.
Leave the skin on the radishes for extra crispiness.
If you are working in batches, they might take less time to cook on the second and third batch.
