This Baked Brie With Fig Jam is a heavenly appetizer made to impress. This easy brie recipe is fun to snack on and the perfect addition to any charcuterie board!
Preheat oven to 375° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sprinkle your work surface with flour. Unroll the puff pastry over the floured surface and spread about 1/4 cup of fig jam over the dough. Place the brie wheel in the center of the dough and add remaining jam to the top of the brie.
1 sheet puff pastry,, 1 tablespoon all purpose flour, 8 ounce brie wheel, 1/2 cup fig jam
Gently fold the puff pastry edges up around the cheese, making sure it’s sealed all around. In a small bowl, combine the egg with 1 tsp of water. Brush the outside of the puff pastry with egg wash and sprinkle with flakey salt.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the outside is golden brown and puffed. Serve with apple slices, crackers, or add to a cheese board!
