While the ground beef mixture is cooling, prepare the dressing by combining the mayonnaise, french dressing, reserved pasta water, relish, sugar, garlic powder, and tumeric in a small mixing bowl. If you'd like to thin out the dressing, you can mix in a tbsp of pasta water at a time.

Add the pasta and cooked ground beef to a large mixing bowl with the burger sauce and mix to combine. Then mix in the pickles, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and red onion.
