Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and shake/stir until fully combined.
3/4 cup light olive oil,, 3 tablespoons dried minced onion, 3 tablespoons dried minced garlic, 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 chili pepper,, 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, 2 tbsp dried red bell pepper, 1/2 tsp fish sauce,
Serve immediately or store in a glass jar for later.
Notes
Fish sauce tip – The fish sauce is optional but adds a savory depth of flavor. If you don't have fish sauce or prefer not to use it, you can substitute with a small amount of soy sauce or omit it entirely.
