A delicious and easy to make chocolate chip Cookie Dough Recipe you can safely eat without baking! It has all the yummy flavors of cookie dough minus eggs!
Sift the sugars into a large mixing bowl, then add the butter and mix with an electric hand mixer until soft and fluffy, then mix in the vanilla and salt. Sift in the flour and continue mixing until all ingredients are fully combined, then fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula.
Serve immediately or store in a glass jar for later.
Notes
If you don't have oat flour, you can substitute it for another flour like whole wheat or all purpose, just make sure you toast it first! See the post for instructions.
