In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, Greek yogurt, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, and hot sauce until well mixed. Gently fold in the cottage cheese.
Transfer the mixture to an 8×8-inch baking dish and spread evenly. Top with additional shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake on the middle rack for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated through.
Serve with chips and veggies of your choice.
Notes
A rotisserie chicken or two 6-ounce cans of canned chicken breast are great for this recipe, but you can also make shredded chicken in the slow cooker if you prefer.
