chilled champagne

small scoops of peach sorbet
fresh fruit or edible flowers,
like orange slices, raspberries, sliced peaches, or lavender.

Instructions
Chill your glasses for 30 minutes to an hour before using.
Using a 1 tbsp cookie scooper, fill your glass with 3 scoops of peach sorbet.
Fill each glass with chilled champagne and garnish with fresh fruit or edible flowers. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
If you want to try other flavors, I recommend experimenting with raspberry, orange, or lemon sorbet.
