- 2 cups Cedar's Labneh
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- small pinch of kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons pomegranate arils
- 2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
- 2 large naan breads, for dipping
- honey, to drizzle
In a small mixing bowl, combine labneh with garam masala, minced garlic, mint, and a pinch of salt. Transfer to a serving bowl.
Top with pomegranate arils, pistachios, and garnish with mint leaves. Add a light drizzle of honey and serve with warm naan bread for dipping.
- Optional: add a squeeze of orange juice just before serving
- If you don't have garam masala, coriander mixed with cumin would be delicious, or za'atar.
