Cover large rimmed baking sheet with wax paper. When done, mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
Shape cream cheese mixture into (1-inch) balls. Roll, 1 at a time, in sugar until evenly coated on all sides. Place in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Notes
Roll the balls in sugar after refrigerating or right before serving the balls because they tend to absorb it.
