Baja Sauce (Taco Bell Copycat)

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup light mayo
  • 1 small jalapeño, chopped
  • 1/4 small red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp black ground pepper

Instructions

  • Add all the Baja sauce ingredients to a food processor and pulse for a puree consistency, for around 45 seconds. Transfer your sauce to a jar and place it in the refrigerator to serve later.
  • Drizzle this sauce on fish tacos, rice bowls, or use it as a dipping sauce for french fries!
