- 1 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsps water
- 2 tbsps lime juice, or white vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 large jalapeño peppers, ribs and seeds removed
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Add the Greek yogurt, olive oil, water, lime juice, jalapeño peppers, cilantro, onion powder, and salt to a food processor.
Mix on high for 30-60 seconds, or until all the ingredients are well combined.
Serve as a dip with chips or on a salad and enjoy!
