Instructions
In a medium sized saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Then stir in the minced garlic, white wine, parsley, salt, and pepper.
1/2 cup unsalted butter,
2 cloves of garlic,,
1/2 cup white wine,
1.5 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley,
1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
Serve warm over your favorite meat or seafood, or divide into a silicone mold and store in the freezer.
Notes
