Chicken

Whether air fried, oven roasted, pan seared, or cooked in the slow cooker, chicken is a fan favorite amongst meat eaters. It's one of the most versatile ingredients and can be seasoned thousands of ways.

Chicken is like a blank canvas for you to do whatever you please. It has a mild flavor, making it the perfect protein for just about any cuisine.

We see it across the world in different cuisines like Asian, French, American, Indian, and so much more.

Grocery store labels

There are so many labels on the package, but what do they all mean?

Organic - to officially be labeled “organic,” the chicken must be fed organic food (grown without pesticides), receive no antibiotics and be given access to the outdoors.

Fresh vs Frozen - fresh means it's never been frozen. The meat will have the freshest flavor in this state and should be used within a few days of purchasing.

Cage-Free - chicken that live in a cage-free farm have unlimited access to outdoors at all times.

Here are some chicken recipes to try:

  • Air Fryer Chicken
  • Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip
  • Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad
  • Mexican Street Corn White Chicken Chili
  • Chicken Parmesan Burgers
