  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 Trader Joe’s frozen French Onion Soup use both in the package
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • ½ cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • Trader Joe’s Crispy Fried Onions or shallots

Instructions

  • Heat the French onion soup with the beef broth in a saucepan on medium-low heat for 6-8 minutes.
    1 Trader Joe’s frozen French Onion Soup, 2 cups beef broth
  • Meanwhile, bring a medium saucepan of water to a rolling boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for about 3 minutes or until they are tender.
    2 packs ramen noodles
  • Divide the noodles into bowls and ladle the onion broth over top. Sprinkle with the shredded gruyere and fried onions just before serving.
    ½ cup shredded Gruyère cheese, Trader Joe’s Crispy Fried Onions or shallots
