An easy, creamy, vinaigrette using dijon mustard, rose balsamic vinegar, DIVINO flavored olive oils, lemon juice, and a Trader Joe’s seasoning blend.

This vinaigrette recipe is literal crack. It’s so good you’ll be eating it out of the bowl with a spoon. Yes, I’ve been caught doing this.

For this vinaigrette recipe, I used DIVINO flavored olive oils. I’ve talked about them before, but they are the highest quality flavored olive oils I’ve ever used, and reasonably priced. You can score 40% off your first order with code ‘JZEATS’.

For the past month, I’ve been making this vinaigrette with my favorite Easy Green Salad. This salad has blood oranges, pomegranate seeds, avocado, and goat cheese. This easy vinaigrette compliments all of those flavors and brings the salad together nicely.

Although vinaigrette’s are commonly used with salads, this one also works well as a marinade for shrimp or chicken and tastes delicious over roasted vegetables.

It’s amazing how quick and easy it is to make your own vinaigrette at home. The base of this one is so versatile, you can use it on just about anything. I like to experiment with different flavor combinations by changing up the flavored olive oils in this recipe. My other go to flavor is lemon basil. To do this, add half a tablespoon of each flavor and omit the regular olive oil.
