Welcome to week 4 of meal planning!
This week is full of flavor, including a nice variety of seafood and vegetarian meals in addition to chicken and steak.
For those of you afraid of scallops, don’t be! Grab them from your local seafood market and you’ll be surprised how easy they are to make! But hey, if you don’t want to make the extra trip, just replace them with any protein of your choice.

Take the night off! Dine out or order in.
