Ingredients You’ll Need

- Jasmine rice – A great hearty base for any chicken and rice bowl.
- Ground chicken – A lean and versatile protein that easily absorbs flavors, making it perfect for creating these flavorful bowls.
- Seasonings – To channel that Greek flavor, I use a blend of oregano, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt and black pepper.
- Baby Spinach – For some added nutrition and color.

- For a different protein option, try ground turkey or ground beef for a heartier alternative.
- You can also get creative with toppings – microgreens, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes all make excellent additions to elevate the dish.
