Ingredients You Will Need

Substitutions/Additions

- Greek yogurt: For a slightly lighter result, use instead of sour cream.

How to Make Marry Me Chicken Dip
Step 1. Combine the ingredients. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, pesto, and seasonings. Mix in the chicken broth, then fold in shredded chicken.
Step 2. Bake. Top with pieces of sun-dried tomato and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish and serve immediately.

Allow the dip to cool, then transfer to an airtight container and keep in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. I don’t recommend freezing dip leftovers since they contain so much dairy. It can separate when frozen and lead to an altered texture or flavor.
Pop your dip back in the oven at 350° until it’s nice and heated through again, or microwave smaller portions in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.

- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 4 ounces sun-dried tomato pesto
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes finely chopped
- fresh basil or parsley for garnish
- crackers or toasted bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, sun-dried tomato pesto, garlic, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. - Add the chicken broth and stir, then fold in the shredded chicken.1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup shredded chicken
- Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula. Top with the chopped sun-dried tomatoes.1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip starts to bubble around the edges.

Notes
- Allow the cold ingredients like sour cream and cream cheese to sit at room temperature for a bit to soften. This will make it easier to mix everything together.
- If you want a super crispy and browned top, cook the dip under the broiler for a minute or two after it’s finished baking.
