What is spaghetti squash?
Spaghetti squash, often referred to as “vegetable spaghetti” or “veggie spaghetti” is a yellow vegetable that varies in weight and somewhat resembles a pumpkin of sorts.
The vegetable got its name because when it is cooked the middle of the vegetable “melts” and can be pulled apart with a fork and it peels apart like spaghetti strings.
What does spaghetti squash go well with?
